What are my delivery options?
From June 15 through October (weather permitting), orders containing chocolate or other heat-sensitive products may ship with thermal packaging, ice packs, and expedited shipping to help protect product quality.
Shipping rates:
- CA, NV, UT, AZ: $6.99 or Free on orders over $49 after discount.
- OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, TX, OK: $10.99 or $4.99 on orders over $49 after discount.
- All other states - excl. Alaska, Hawaii, and all territories: $16.99 or $9.99 on orders over $49 after discount.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are carefully prepared within 2–7 business days from the time your purchase is placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! If you’d like to purchase more than the quantity limit shown on our website, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with your bulk request.

- Bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions; a shipping fee will be applied.
- All bulk orders are subject to product availability. In some cases, we may need to decline or adjust orders that exceed our current inventory levels.

What is the shelf life of Glico products?
Glico products sold in the US have a 12-month shelf life after production. You can find the best-by-date printed on every package. We guarantee at least a 2-month shelf life prior to the expiration for any orders placed on this site.
Are Glico products gluten/vegan/dairy-free?
Unfortunately, our products are not
gluten/vegan/dairy-free at this moment. As we continuously strive to meet our customers’ demands, we recommend checking our website for future product updates.
Are Glico products free of peanut cross-contamination?
Our products do not contain peanuts (except for some seasonal Pocky flavors from Japan), but some may be manufactured in a facility that uses peanuts and almonds. We strongly recommend that you confirm the allergen and ingredient information on our website. Also, allergen and cross-contamination details are on the back of all of our products’ packages.
