Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Effective June 15, 2026 through October 2026
(End date subject to change based on seasonal weather conditions.)
To help ensure your chocolate and other heat-sensitive products arrive in the best possible condition during the warmer months, Glico USA will implement our Warm Weather Shipping beginning June 15, 2026.
During this period, eligible orders may be upgraded to faster shipping methods and packed with additional protective materials, including thermal mailers and ice packs, to help minimize heat exposure during transit.
Shipping Rates
California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona
- $6.99 shipping on orders under $49
- FREE shippging on orders of $49 or more after discount
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma
- $10.99 shipping on orders under $49
- $4.99 shipping on orders of $49 or more after discount
All Other U.S. States
- $15.99 shipping on orders under $49
- $9.99 shipping on orders of $49 or more after discount
PRETZ Orders
PRETZ products are not considered heat-sensitive and do not require warm weather packaging or expedited shipping.
Orders containing only PRETZ products will continue to receive our standard shipping rates ($4.99 or FREE on orders over $49 after discount) and will not be subject to Warm Weather Shipping.
Please note that if an order contains both PRETZ and heat-sensitive products, the Warm Weather Shipping and applicable shipping rates will apply to the entire order.
Why Are Warm Weather Shipping Rates Different?
Chocolate and other heat-sensitive products can be affected by high temperatures during transit. To help protect product quality, we may use faster shipping methods and include thermal mailers and ice packs during the summer months. These measures help reduce the risk of melting and allow us to continue shipping heat-sensitive products nationwide throughout the warmer season.

- Shipping rates apply to destinations within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping methods may be adjusted at our discretion based on weather conditions, carrier performance, and destination.
- Ice packs may arrive partially or fully melted upon delivery; this is normal and indicates they have helped absorb heat during transit.
- Orders may still be subject to delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
